Training
Hi sir,
what do you think, in table tennis technique works or training?
I have a friend at school who practices a lot because he has a table at his home and i didn't have any. Before attaching up with you guys, it was very very hard for me to beat him. And this thing made me very embrassing and i began to search on internet, and luckily found you people. Then i began to get into the game and then for sometime i was the leader. Today the competition is equal. Now what do you a lot of practice without coaching works or just coaching with litte bit amount of training works? These days of winter i do not practice because of severe cold (-6¤c) and lack of heating system at association.
Hi Aasim,
There is never a perfect situation. You just need to do what you can when you can. If you get a chance to practice then take it.
Ideally the more time you can spend on the table in good focused practice the better you will get. You need to sped time practicing both your technique and your ability to play games.
This is the training plan where we focus on match strategy. Most people want to rush into details on how to beat certain styles of player but before you can do that you need to work out a couple of things. Firstly what are your strengths? What are your opponents weaknesses? These are critical to formulating a plan. This week we are going to focus on your strengths and next week we'll tackle your opponents weaknesses.
