Hi Zach,

This is a common problem for people with a tennis background but is easily fixed.

You need to focus on the finish position in particular. For the forehand think about finishing at the mid line of your body. With the backhand think about your swing and the finish position needs to be out to the right hand side of your body with your palm facing up. Make sure you are swinging up rather than too flat and forward.

If you swing further than that you will run out of time and the stroke will become too long.

I have just checked the Backhand video and it is working here. If you are still having problems let us know.

Hi Zach, The backhand video was not working for me yesterday either. But I have just tried it now and it seems to be working again. It must have been a proble with YouTube. Would you please give it another try and let us know if it is working now?
