I have a question i saw a video on Utube about an impossible return.

Here's the video
Is it a legal return?

what do you call that return?

can you teach me how to do it?

Yes that certainly is a legal return. We often refer to this as a roll since the ball ends up rolling along the table. Unfortunately I don't think we can teach this shot. It's not something you will get a lot of practice in.

Doubles Serving Rules

In this video we go over the somewhat complicated rules of serving for doubles in table tennis. There are a couple of extra rules for doubles that you don't apply to singles. In doubles you always serve from the right hand box diagonally to your opponent's right hand box. Each player has 2 serves each. If you've just been receiving then it's your turn to serve next.
