Strokes
Hi Alois and Jeff!
What should the position of non playing arm while looping or smashing in penhold?
Thank you!
Hi Harikrishnan,
When you are learning a stroke, I would not concentrate at all on my free arm. You are much better off focusing on the start and finish position of your playing arm. You can only think of a few things at once and the start and finish position are key.
Your free arm will naturally find a good place. I think that if you focus on the position of your free arm it will take your mind off the elements you should be concentrating on.
