Hi Muhammad,

Often this problem occurs if we are trying too hard or trting to do too much in a rally.

Work hard now on consistency during your training sessions.  Think about getting 100 balls on in a row rather that trying to hit a winning shot.  You need to develop the confidence to know that any ball you hit can go on the table.

Sometimes it can also be nerves during a match.  If you feel it might be this, try to identify when you are starting to feel nervous.  Then take a few seconds to take a deep breath and think about the tactic you need for the next point.

Try both of these things out and see if it helps.

Sir Thanks for your answer.....
Yeah you are right when I start making some score in game I gets so nerves that I start losing confidence in my shots and then certainly I loses the game....

so from now in my training sessions as per your lesson I will try to hit a long sequence in a row to built my confidence in each and every shot........

Than You
