 Hi alois,

I'm having a really bad habit of using too much arm and not using the waist, That's why I'm very inconsistent. Can you tell me how much is too much arm and how can I use less?

Hi Eugene,

Follow the lessons on the strokes and we show you where your arm should start and finish.  These are the critical points of the stroke.

Your waist follows the ball wherever it is.  Take a look at this lesson on Improving Your Reflexes which is also about the waist movement to a large degree.
