Hi Bhavesh,
This is different for every person. You need to find something for yourself that feels comfortable. Look for a comfortable feeling handle and a speed that isn't too fast for you.
Others may want to give their lists of top rackets.
I use the PingSkills Touch. It has good feel and control. Works for me.
