how do you do a heavy topspin and which leg do you have to put forward when you are doing that?

Hi Navya,

To do a heavy topspin, you need to brush the ball fast and lightly.

For a forehand tospin it is easiest to have your left foot slightly forward.  this will allow for a little weight transfer.  Don't be too side on to the table though becauce then you are leaving your backhand side vulnerable.
