Topspin Against Backspin

hi im james and i play for the larne table tennis club and i play a lot of matches and people like to chop and when i see a ball i think i can get i try and forehand it back i try to put topspin on it but the ball just goes for the net have you any advice on how to lift the ball up and make it go over

Hi james,

My best advice is to watch the Lesson on the Forehand Loop (Topspin) against Backspin.

If you can master this stroke, you will be able to play against choppers.
