I have question that what can I do against chop ball how i strike or do topspin or smash against chop ball in table? my opponent always do chop and I often hit ball to net
Plz teach in video.

This is an important stroke to learn.

Slow to Fast Progression
It's important to practice your shots slowly to get the correct technique. That will lead you to being able to hit the ball faster. You do need to practice these faster shots in training before using them in a match.
