Strokes
How to play a backhand topspin against topspin when the ball is pretty low (lower then the ball level)? Should i have opened or closed of my bat? Should I have fast follow through and does my stroke need to be more vertical or horizontal?
Hi Dario,
You need to have a more vertical stroke if the ball is lower. You can brush the ball very fast to generate lots of topspin to get it up and down quickly.
Take a look at the lesson on the Backhand Topspin to Topspin.
This video lesson teaches the backhand chop. It also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of using long pimples on your backhand.
