Hi Pingskills! I want to ask how can I train myself to perfecting the placement of my topspin?

Hi Xariuz,

One way to do this is to put some targets on the table and aim for them while you are practicing your topspin.  This will focus your mind on where the ball is landing.

You can use pieces of paper of coins or anything that will challenge you.

I'll need to do some target practice too my placement needs improving.I really struggle hitting into my opponents body as he/she is always moving.

But how to break the habit of always going cross court in a match situation? I can place my topspins during training without much problem, but in a rally things go so fast so I almost always play cross court, especially when I try to hit a 120% power winner.

This is practice as well Ilia. In training hit some balls harder as well.  Focus on keeping the arm relaxed and put out some targets on the table where you want to aim for.
