Please advie me how to execute the topspin/drive shot against dipping backspin serve. I can play topspin shot agaist any backspin but dipping backspin.

If the ball is going long then wait for it to come off the end of the table and have a vertical stroke to lift it over the net. Try not to take the ball too early when it is still over the table because the stroke will be more difficult.
