Hi coach,

when timo boll does his forehand, his elbow kind of snaps forward then his forearm? why does he do that

its visible in slow motion at 14 seconds

Hi Fardude,

This is interesting footage in slow motion.  The arm acts like a whip.  That is why it is important to keep your wrist and arm relaxed to get the wrist to help you through your stroke.
