when i practice with my partner we usually play forehand to forehand or backhand to backhand

when he hits a topspin and i try to hit a topspin on his topspin the ball either goes out or on the net

Hi Harkaran,

It's important in training that at times you try and be consistent. This helps you develop and helps your partner develop. So I'd suggest that for a lot of the training session when your partner is working on their topspin you could block the ball. When it's your turn to work on a skill you could work on improving your topspin against topspin. Take a look at this video to help you out.

Let me know if this helps. Good luck!

  3. Finish Position: Completing the stroke in a way that prepares you for the next shot.

Additionally, we discuss how to adjust your bat angle if the ball goes long, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the same start and finish positions without coming across your body.

Whether you're a beginner aiming to build a solid foundation or an advanced player looking to refine your technique, this comprehensive guide is designed to enhance your game.
