Hi Alois!   How can I get maximum topspin when returning the ball?  Another question, and this makes me sound like a newbie (lol laughing), but is sidespin topspin a real thing?  Thank you SOO much for answering all of my questions!

Hi Nikolas,

To get maximum topspin, you need to brush the ball finely on contact and brush it really fast.  So you need a fast action using your wrist as well.  This is an advanced stroke and needs very good timing to get correct.

There is sidespin topspin.  Take a look at this lesson on the Sidespin Forehand Topspin.
