Hello!

Tomorrow I have a tournament and I wonder what and how table tennis players do to keep their good work. When should you come and what to eat for breakfast. How should I warm up? These questions and what to prepare for. My weaknesses are high backhand shot and when the opponent plays with placement.

Another question I got in the mind from my training is who's point is it if I serve and the ball comes on my bat one time then the ball drags to the bat again. So 2 touch on bat then one on my side and then one at the opponents.

I hope the tournament goes well for me and I will be thankful for any tips and help.

Greetings from Sweden, Dima to PingSkills!

Hi Dima,

Good luck with the tournament tomorrow.

The most important thing is to go into the tournament and try to learn as much as you can with each match that you play and also by the whole experience.

Take a look at this Blog that will also help you. What to Expect at a Tournament.

Let us know how you get on.

For the question about hitting the ball twice, it is now legal to do so as long as it is not intentional.
