Hi Coach

im about to play in the beginners category and these guys are amazing.  im gonna play in a few hours and im jittering like crazy.

can i ask for advice and i wanted to thank you guys once again i wouldnt have gotten this far without you guys

Hi Amekun,

The first thing is to realise that everyone gets nervous before a big match or tournament.

Focus on your strategies against each player that you play in every game and in every rally and you will soon see that you will forget about the situation of the match and tournament.
