Hi coach. I am M.Ali from Turkey. Here i play table tennis in school team. We train two times in week. I have a question about it? Which training can we do for footwork? Can you send me a basic training chart to me? For example. Monday: forehand,backhand Tuesday:forehand spin etc. i want this because i am not sure that we do right things. i always watch you and learing new things.Thanks..

We have just the answer for you. We have produced a Training Template for you to use. This is downloadable free from our website through the Training Secrets Revealed section.
We also have a document that will be available shortly with all the training drills on it. By using the DVD, the Training Template and the Drills brochure you will find it easy to design your own training session.
The Training Secrets Revealed DVD explains the use of each drill and shows you the drill in action so that it is very clear how to perform the drill.
