Training
Hi coach how to make a weekly morning session about 40 to 30 minutes per day because I have a secret training in the morning what drills you can advice to make that 40 minutes a perfect training
Hi Prince,
Try to structure the session so that you are starting with a little bit of consistent hitting on the Forehand followed by the Backhand. Then do some footwork drills. Work on something that you want to improve. At the end of the session you can play a few games. The most important thing though, is that you are focusing on improving something during the session and not just hitting balls.
We have a lot of advice on how to train in our Premium lessons on Training Secrets if you want to really get into the topic.
If you get pushed back from the table don't just give up the point. Try and and get back into the rally. By lobbing the ball high and deep you give yourself time to get into position. If you can then get some topspin on the ball to force the smasher further away from the table then you are likely to get a weaker smash and then you can take your chance and try to counter attack!
