Hi Alois,

I don't understand the chart for the file training drills in free downloads. Can you post a video tour on it? Thanks!

Hi Rahul,

The Training Drills document is basically a cheat sheet detailing all of the exercises that we explain in depth in Training Secrets. In the tutorials we demonstrate how to perform the drill, talk about why you would perform that exercise and how it will benefit you. We think the tutorials are a really useful resource for any player looking to improve their level through training.

The sheet shows where the balls should be placed for your training. The arrows show the direction. There is also a legend on the chart to show what the abbreviations mean. For example F stands for Forehand. If there are numbers present this means that the order you hit the balls in is important. For example a 1 means this is where the first ball in the rally should go, a 2 the 2nd ball in the rally and so on.

I hope this helps!
