Hi,

Training with out a ball is very limited.  You can do some shadow play but you still need to hit a lot of balls to improve.

Well, yeah, its limited, try some physic training, and some footwork exercises. This will improve ur game alot. and if ur a beginner, why dont try standing close to a mirror, and make sure u have got all ur strokes correct!
