Hi Alois,

I have an issue with my balance when doing the moving with my footwork.

As i move into position to play my next shot for example i play a backhand and move into to play a forehand topspin as i hit the ball i am finding my balance leaning backward and feel like i am falling backward rather than maintaining a stable position? how can i improve this?

Regards
Zakaria

Hi Zakaria,

Perhaps you are a little bit unbalanced in your ready position.  Try to get the weight more onto the front of your foot rather than the back.  As you are moving try to keep your weight down lower.  If you come up you may throw your balance out.

Keep awareness on this balance and you will be able to adjust it.
