look,on 18th i have my table tennis tournament in the navi mumbai sports association(nmsa)so i wanted some extra tips from u guys

no it didnt go well at all!!! because the first match was a by for me......so i reached to the quater finals....and every match was of best of 3.....so the second guy who came with me was a biiiiig flooker!!! i won the first match then he won second and then in the third one it was duce....he got advantage and then.....................i got a realllly high ball i was gonna hit a smash on it but something happend on my shoulder and i couldent swing it so,i lost.that was my verrryy unlucky day!!!i felt like banging my head on the table!!!!!

Bad luck. Table Tennis can be a frustrating sport when you lose. The important thing is to focus on improving your game and then the results will come. To help you with this it is good to have some long term goals as well as some short term ones.
