Strokes
when i play counter my hand is not steady but when i play fast then my hand is steady
Hi Soumya,
Sometimes this is due to technique. It is important to learnt he correct technique at a slow pace so that your body really understands the technique and you buld confidence in it.
When you are unsure of where your hand should be going the stroke becomes shaky.
Try to practice the stroke repetitively and build the confidence in the stroke. You will see some good changes in what happens.

I am having same problem! I still wonder how to hold a bat, tie or loosely.
You should hold your bat quite loosely. Someone should be able to slip the bat our of your hand. If you have it too tight your whole arm will tighten up.
