Upper body is fast and footwork is slow

Hi coaches .

I notice that my upper part is moving normal but my foot work is slow.  What can I do for balance footwork and balance body movement .

Hi Louiza,

I think the best thing is to do a lot of footwork drills.  

Start with our lesson on the Basic Stance and Footwork Basics.  Then take a look at all of the drills we have on our free download of Training Drills.  Use some of these to train your footwork.
