Using tenergy 05

hi alois can you tell me how to use tenergy 05?and can you teach me how to make the ball more faster.

Hi Joe,

Tenergy 05 is a fast rubber so first you have to make sure you have developed the control to be able to use it.  Then it no different to any other rubber.

It is important that you stay with the basics that you have developed and do them well.
