Hi Alios and Jeff

Its great that you started to use the video to answer our questions . However i would recommend that a practical demonsration on the table betwen both of you should be shown ,in addition to the oral explanation.

Thanks for the feedback.  We will try to get some practical demonstrations for some of the answers as well.
