I'm requesting a video about combining both forehand and backhand strokes. If my memory serves me right, Jeff said in 2007 that you will be filiming it. I found it in one of your blogs.

The Footwork of Ma Long

In this video we discuss the footwork of Ma Long. He has strong legs, a great basic position with feet wide apart and his knees bent. He also jumps into position keeping his feet apart as if there was a steel rod between his knees. A great way of seeing this in action is to watch a video of him playing and cover the top half of the screen so you can concentrate on his legs and waist.
