Hi I have only just become a premium lesson student and am trying to work on session one but I am having trouble finding something  your training plan tells me to go to.

Stretches- Follow training secrets revealed guide.

Where do I find this guide? Its not under any of the heading on the home page.

Cheers Maurice

Hi Maurice,

That refers to our Training Secrets Revealed DVD.  You can do a general warm up.  The main thing is to get the heart rate up.

The popular thinking now is that you don't need to stretch before a session but get the muscles moving in big motions.  Things like jogging, side stepping, knees up, heels up jogging are all good ways of doing this.  You could incorporate some big arm circles and waist twisting as well.

Hope this helps.  Good luck with session 1.  Let us know how it goes.

Strengths

Take some time to understand what are the key aspects of your game. You need to know how you win points and then develop those skills into a fierce weapon by focusing your training around them. Knowing your weaknesses is still important but Table Tennis is about winning points.
