Sir, will you please suggest me some physical exercises to be performed before playing the game

Hi Shoaib,

As a warm up you can do some slow jogging for a couple of minutes only.

Then you can do some stretches starting at the arms and moving down the body.

As table tennis uses all parts of the body, try to be thorough.

PingSkills will make a video on this in the future as it is difficult to explain in words.
