Strokes
Excuse for my english j' french, we have to watch the ball, i know but must i see the ball during the contact with the racket?
Hi Martinand,
It is good to try and watch the ball all the time but it is difficult to see the ball when it is contacting the ball. If you are not seeing it as it contacts the bat don't worry, but make the effort to track the ball as much as you can.
The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin. Used in conjunction with the banana flick it can be very deceptive. The banana flick is a more reliable stroke and that's why you see more top players using it over the strawberry flick.

Hi Martinand,
Unfortunately we don't have it in French. We have tried to do some translations but it is very time consuming for us.
