Hi Alois and Jeff,

My apologies.  I have located the training.

Thanks for doing a GREAT job!  My training partner and I are currently on lesson 14, focusing on one lesson each week.  We started our training with a rating in the low 900s.  We are both currently rated around 1150 (1142 & 1152) and continue to experience growth each week.

Your training videos have a lot to do with our success...  Not only are the training videos easy to understand and implement, they provide a process by which we are improving our strokes, technique, consistency and strategy.  I look forward to seeing what new and exciting training drills are in store each week.

A big heartfelt thank you to both of you for helping to improve my game and for keeping it fun, interesting, challenging and successful!

Have a great day,
Ken

Hi Ken,

Thanks for letting me know that you found the training plans. I should have read this question before answering the previous one! Well done on your progress to date. Even with the best training plans you still need to put in the work and focus during your practice sessions so you deserve a lot of credit for that.

It's really nice to hear stories like yours and it certainly motivates us so thanks for the kind words!

Here's to more enjoyment and improvement!

#46 - Tournament Preparation 2

In the first week of your preparation we focused on the consistency of your third ball attack. This week, since the third ball is so important, we are going to continue working on this. However this week we are going to focus on placement. It is really important tactically to think about where you are going to play the ball. We build upon the drills from last week so you can improve the effectiveness of your third ball through placement.
