i see players like He Zhi Wen and the old video footage of Ma Lin and i was wondering why the technique was not really used...... but I did notice that Ma Lin uses the rpb now..... was it Wang Hao who invented it?

Hi Sam,

Wang Hao was the first person I saw using it. 

It is always interesting why it wasn't used earlier.  It always seems so obvious after someone has thought of it first.
