Hi again

When doing a forehand loop what way should my wrist flick. Also what way should my wrist flick for both backhand and forehand pushes.

Hi Thomas,

For the Forehand topspin your wrist flick both sideways and forwards to allow more movement.  For the pushes it just tends to move sideways.  You can add a bit of forward and backward movement if you want a bit more spin.
