Hi, PIngskills! Lately, I have bought a new Timo Boll ALC blade with Tenergy 05 red max for forehand and Donic Bluefire M2 black 2.0 hardness for backhand. Well, I have heard of the Xiom vega pro and its weight. Is the weight acceptable overall if I change to Xiom Vega Pro for my backhand?

Thanks a lot!

Yours faithfully,

Maxwell

Hi Maxwell,

I use Vega Pro on both sides and find it OK for weight.  I don't really like a heavy bat.

Choosing a Table Tennis Bat

Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.
