I was wondering if you have ever encountered a table tennis player suffering from the yips? I believe it is affecting me and it's obviously quite upsetting to lose a skill you once had in the blink of an eyelid. So if you have any relevant advice/information it would be much appreciated.
I think every single person who has played competitively suffers from the Yips at some stage.
The Yips are a reflection of over anxiousness. The remedy is to be able to stay calm… easier said than done.
