Strokes
hi alois
i was just wondering how many balls can you keep on the table with forehand and backhand topspin against block. if you hit one and jeff hits one that counts as 1.
thank:)
Hi Jimmy,
I haven't done this for a long time. I am not sure. If I was hitting the ball very slowly, perhaps a couple of hundred topspins. Probably more with my forehand than my backhand.
If it was counterhitting it would probably be a lot more.
I will have to get my Consistency Chart out!
The key is to countering a chop block is to ensure you wait for the ball as it comes through much slower compared to a normal block. You also need to lift the ball more than you would against a regular block.

It is a way of recording your consistency. It is a good reminder for you.
