A better displacement in table

Hi people,

Let me congrats for this page. A very complete one and helps to improvement in table tennis. I have a question for my kid that plays table tennis. How can she get better the displacement in the table? A better work with legs?

Hi Jose,

The tutorial on Footwork Basics will help your daughter to start with.  The other thing that will help is watching the ball and tracking it through the rally.  This better information will help her to read the shots quicker and therefore have more time to react.
