how much does tt depends on age?
Hi Vikas,
The simple answer is that you need time on the table training with good focus.
It is often said that you need to play for around 10,000 hours to really be good at the game. If you can put these hours in over the next 10 years then you have the opportunity to become a very good player. This of course will depend on your other commitments in life.
The penhold grip has a natural advantage when it comes to serving due to the increased wrist movement that is allows. However shakehand players can modify their normal grip to give them the same advantage. Learn how in this master class.

yeah thanks that boosted my confidence.
what do you mean ..exactly by "GOOD FOCUS"? how to learn game in faster pace?? Does physical fitness helps learning game faster?? If it is how much duration one must spend on it???
:) :)
Focus means good concentration when you are training. This is very important when you are training to get the most out of your training session.
Fitness will help you at the highest level. At the club level it probably won't effect your results too much. Later it might. It is good to do some physical work as part of your training. It only needs to be a short session two to three times a week to start with.
