Im in the advanced state of table tennis but then my backhand is not so good because i have been practicing table tennis for more than 5 years now and i have not given much attention to my backhand . Do you have any idea about what i can do now ?

Hi Joshua,

I suppose the answer is simple, put more attention on your backhand now.  This may not take too much time.  The first thing to start with is your feet position.  Make sure you are standing with your right foot a little closer to the table.

Then get the basics of the stroke correct thinking about the start and finish positions right.  Do it slowly to start with and then increase speed.  Make sure you are also combining forehands and backhands.  You need to be able to make good decisions as to when to play each shot.
