Hi coach!

Recently I noticed that I don't hit the ball enough during BH topspin. I do more pushing and brushing movements. Before learning FH topspin I was doing flat hits. Now I can do FH topspin against almost any long or high backspins, if it is not veeery heavy.  I feel that I need to practice BH topspin by brushing with flat hitting contact , and avoid pushing movement.  Am I right or wrong?

Hi Ardak,

I think you are on the right track.  Learning to lake the topspin on the Backhand side will give you more options and also allow you to initiate the attack in the rally.

Take a look at our tutorial on the Backhand Topspin Off Backspin.
