So im on the Market for New Rubber and my blades a little chipped at the side.It is still Ok to use.

The blade will be fine. A few chips won't effect the performance of the bat. As far as rubbers, the ones we recommend are Mark V, Pryde or Vega Pro as the options.
The thickness of a table tennis table is the most important aspect of a table to ensure you get a true consistent bounce. Other things to consider are the net, portability, and storage space.
