what should I do?

Hi Agha,
The block takes a lot of touch to be able to make it on the table. Firstly don't try to do too much. Let the ball come to you and then use the angle of your racket to guide the ball back. Make sure you are contacting the ball when it is still higher than the net.
Practice this shot during training. Get your partner to topspin to you consistently to one side and try to get the ball back consistently. then you can get them to topspin to the other side and do the same.

Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your technique, this tutorial will provide you with the tools to master the forehand push.
