Changing grip between shots

I've red most modern players change their grip between shots. Is this true? Should I start learning it asap or should I train my neutral grip first?

Hi Yan Huo,

They change their grip very slightly but it is best if you keep your neutral grip.  You will start to alter it naturally when you need to.
