is there any exercise to do before you go for playing table tennis
Hi Swapneel,
Just a good warm up. Some jogging for a couple of minutes followed by some sideways movement. Get your heart rate up with these movements. Then you ca do some dynamic stretches rather than static stretches to get your body prepared to play.
In this week's master class we discuss how you can analyse your own technique. You first need to understand what good technique is and then you need to be able to see yourself playing.
