Serving
i wonder how they help? i have been doing various ma lin style fakes for my services now but is it better to just stick to one fake service motion?
Hi Romeo,
They just give the receiver a different picture to deal with. If they are used to seeing the same serve coming into them, adding a fake movement at the end or even just before will make them process something different with their brain.
If you can add different motions then that is even better.

is it a good tactic to assign a fake motion to a certain serve, and to mix them up later or is it just too complicated to do?
You can play around with it all. Experiment and see what works for you in training.
