Footwork
Hi Guys,
What is the correct FH feet positions moving from FH side of the table to the middle of the table? Some coach told me that the right foot should be positioned further back as I move from the FH side of the table toward the middle. He also suggested that the right foot should be further back ( almost 180 degrees angle) as I move toward the BH side of the table for an effective FH topspin. Any comments and further guidance would be greatly appreciated!

You can turn a little towards your forehand side but not side on to the table otherwise you will find the backhand difficult if the ball comes back quickly to that side.
