hi coach.

i can do most of the hard spins and serves like the side spin and malin serve but my feet isn't fast enough to make me do what i know that i can do
what should i do ??

Hi Adanoub,

The key is to practice your footwork.  Take a look at our lesson on the Footwork Basics.  Then it is a matter of finding a lot of ways to practice this skill.

You can download for free our Training Drills.  You can use this to find some interesting and useful drills that you can practice to improve your footwork.
