Hi Alois and Jeff thank you very much for your new footwork videos and advices. How are you? I didn't forget you too. :))))))  

I'm an upper intermediate player and I practice three or four times a week. I believe that  footwork is the cornerstone of the table tennis because every kind of good player needs it to win the match. Also I'm a forehand attack player but when we attack, the ball comes back from forehand or backhand side so we mustn't lose our balanced position and we must use our footwork very well to defend both sides of the table and also attack appropriately. 

Also as you mentioned it to improve footwork we must practice and practice. So in this way also we gain flexibility. Flexibility is the key of table tennis.
